At Renewal, we bill based on time, with a one hour exam\/evaluation\/session being $100. Exam types, based on their average time, are as follows:
Comprehensive Exam – $100
Problem Focused Exam – $50
Functional Vision Exam – $200
Sensorimotor Exam – $200
Vision Therapy Session – $100
Progress Check – $100
Mobile Exams:
Additional fees for driving are as follows:
$1\/mile within 5 miles from office (one way)
$2\/mile over 5 miles from office (one way)
30 mile limit<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All patients referred to Renewal by other providers\/friends\/family\/current patients receive at $25 discount at their first exam.

If you arrive over 15 minutes after the start time of your scheduled appointment:
1st time late to appointment: No charge
2nd time late to appointment: A $25 fee will be billed to your account
3rd time late to appointment: A $25 fee will be billed to your account
4th time late to appointment: A $25 fee will be billed to your account
5th time late to appointment: A $50 fee will be billed to your account and you may be discharged from our practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you miss and appointment without contacting the office to cancel it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1st no-show appointment: 25% of the exam fee will be billed to your account
2nd no-show appointment: 50% of the exam fee will be billed to your account
3rd no-show appointment: 50% of the exam fee will be billed to your account
4th no-show appointment: 50% of the exam fee will be billed to your account
5th no-show appointment: 100% of the exam fee will be billed to your account and you may be discharged from our practice<\/p>\n\n\n\n
