Hannah Vollmer, OD
Dr. Hannah Vollmer, the owner and founder of Renewal Optometry, LLC, received her undergraduate degree (BS) in Biology at Trine University, and then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry (OD) at The Ohio State University College of Optometry. After graduation, she completed a residency at University of Houston College of Optometry, specializing in Brain Injury Vision Rehabilitation.
While Dr. Vollmer enjoys dabbling in many of optometry’s sub-specialties, her greatest career passion is treating patients with a history of brain injury, whether traumatic or acquired. Dr. Vollmer is a firm believer in the power of an interdisciplinary approach to neuro-rehabilitative care. As such, she frequently collaborates with other therapists to promote full-body recovery after injury.
