What does it include?
At Renewal, our comprehensive exams include:
- Preliminary testing (vision, pupil, eye muscle, basic visual field, alignment, and pressure checks)
- Refraction
- Dilation
- External/Internal Health Assessment
- Fundus Photos
- OCT Imaging
How much does it cost?
These exams cost $100 – payable by cash, check, or card. If you have vision insurance and would like to submit a claim, be sure to ask for a superbill at the end of your exam!
How do I schedule?
Fill out our contact form, call or text us at 419-318-8791, DM us on Facebook/Instagram, or go directly to our online booking site to schedule your appointment! As we have limited staff, we request that all exams be booked a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment.
